1 - 1 Large Container of Light Cool Whip
4 - Herbalife Deluxe Chocolate Peanut Protein Bars (diced into bite size pieces)

Core, then dice all the apples into bite size pieces. Add the Protein Bars and then mix the cool whip in. Enjoy!!!!

Oriental Cabbage Salad

This is a recipe that I love and have made for several years. You would normally put Ramen Noodles in it but I have tweaked it to make it a little healthier and clean.

Ingredients:
8 Cups - Shredded Cabbage
1 Cup - Sliced Almonds
3/4 Cuo - Green Onions (chopped)
2 Chicken Breasts (seasoned, grilled and chopped into bite size pieces)

Dressing:
6 Tbsp - Apple Cider Vinegar
2 Tbsp - Chicken Bouillon
4 Tbsp - Truvia
4 Tbsp - Olive Oil
1 tsp - Pepper
1/2 tsp - Salt

Mix Cabbage, Green Onions, and Almonds. Mix dressing in a jar and shake vigorously. Just before serving add dressing.

*I like to make a big batch of this salad because it is still delicious a few days later. You may need to add a little extra dressing the next day. You may want to make a little extra dressing to keep in the fridge just in case.
